You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Game. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

Stone Story RPG is by design an "offline game". However, it also contains some online features, such as leaderboards and advanced progress storage. To access online features you may be required to create an account. Creating such an account and participating in online features is entirely optional.
·:·:· Subscriptions ·:·:·
Additional rewards and features can be unlocked with a subscription.
Period
The subscription period is equal to one month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off or the subscription is cancelled.
Billing
Subscription fees will be charged to your mobile account at confirmation of purchase. At the end of each period, when the subscription renews, the subscription fee is charged.
Cancellation
(iOS) You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscription benefits continue to be valid until the end of the period, even if renewal is disabled or if cancelled.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Game for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
·:·:· Intellectual Property Rights ·:·:·
The Game and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Generated Content
Some in-game content may be created by players (UGC), such as cosmetic hats, pets, minigames, quests, non-player characters, narrative texts and dialogues, ASCII-art, other such Stonescript creative works, and combat replays. UGC are copyright of their respective authors.
Your Content
Any UGC created by you is owned by you. Stone Story provides in-game functions where you can export your UGC at any time.
You may choose to share your UGC with us and allow us to distribute it to other players. If you choose to do so, you thereby agree to grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to copy, edit/add, perform, print, distribute, reuse and produce derived works of your UGC.

We reserve the right, as needs arise and at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
